Starting Off Right

Hey everyone! So the first week of January 2019 is over, and it was a good start. 

So first off, we went back with Gerardo and we had a great lesson with him. We read Enos and talked about prayer with him. He asked us some really good questions, and at the end of the lesson, he said he would read the Book of Mormon and pray to know if it is true. 

Then, we also found this one lady named Juanita. We talked with her about the Book of Mormon too. She told us that she wants us to talk with her two kids too, who are like 20 years old or so. She understand the Book of Mormon and the importance of prayer. She also committed to read pray as well.

And then, we talked with Gabriela and Noe too. We had a good talk with them and Noe told us to go pick them up sunday morning for church. But then, saturday night he told us that we didn't need to pick them up anymore. And then sunday, they never showed up. So that was a bummer. But while we were there, we set a fecha with Gabriela for the 26th of January. We will do what we can to help them get to church!

And then finally, story time. So while we were in our district meeting, I was crossing between like two chairs trying to get through, and my pants ripped. Like, from where the pocket is to almost my knee. Luckily, I had thermals underneath at the time. And then I covered the hole with a scarf. So that was pretty funny! And finally, I fixed my glasses!
