Sudden Things

Hey everyone. So this past week was going really great, until saturday. But let's talk about that!

So we were setting things up really well this week. we had some cool experiences!
Monday we visited a family with our mission leader and his son, it was a cool spiritual time! And tuesday we also had another cool experience. We visited another family with one of the counselors and we made more connections with them than ever before! 

We also had a cool experience with Osvaldo, and got to see how he has grown spiritually since him and his family have returned to church! He also got to do baptize people in the temple because he is a priest!!

And then, we went with this family during the week, and found their grandkid Carlos who is 9 and is not baptized. After talking with him and his grandparents, they want him to get baptized! So we are going with them tonight to see if we can baptize him this weekend! 

And then, we were progressing well with Brandon, but when we went with him on saturday we found out that he is going with his other grandparents for a week or two. So we won't be able to baptize him for a time. And we still have to work more with his parents. But yeah! 

Also, our stake has sports activities every friday. But the majority of the people that go are from our ward. So it's basically a ward activity. But we had 2 investigators there and it was fun! 

And sadly, we didn't have anyone come to church with us... But we are working hard and hoping to have some miracles in these next short weeks! Anyways. I love you all! Keep going strong!

Hello people! So back once again here. Let's get into this letter. Which won't be too long because there isn't much too say. So on Wednesday, I went on a quick intercambio with Elder Diaz, who I was with for a time in Sabinas. So that was awesome, though the people that went looking for weren't home. And then after we ended the exchange and went to a FHE with our most recent convert Lalo and his family. We invited this missionary who served in this mission before who happened to be here to come. But then him and his bishop turned our FHE into their business proposal... So that was interesting. There was this person that we were teaching, Diana, who was really open and interested. The only problem was, that her parents are very, very against us. So that was a big bummer. She can't progress right now because of her parents. And Saturday was a busy day as well.
