Not Much... And You?
Wassup everybody. How's it going?
So this past week, not much happened. Besides the fact that it was the last week of the transfer, not much at all. Nothing really changed with Elder Garcia and I, but a lot of the zone did change.
Some of the highlights,
We came across the chocolate river of Willy Wonka. It would've been cooler, but it was polluted with trash so we couldn't jump in like Augustus. So that was kind of disappointing. I've always wanted to jump into a chocolate river.
In other news, the rain season is upon us here in Saltillo. It's kind of funny, missionaries here always want to go to Saltillo during the summer because it's not as hot and it gets rain. And lucky me, I am here in Saltillo. Though there is still a few more months of insane heat in the rest of the mission. It has been raining almost daily for the past week or two. The temperature is always different.
And Tuesday I went on splits with Elder Ashe. It was cool because we had a lot in common and we found a few people to teach.
On Sunday, Lucy and the Liserio family came to church again. Our goal for this week is to put fechas with Lucy and Beatrice so that they can be baptized!
And then today we played some futbol and ate some pizza. I also felt like I was gonna pass out but I'm fine now! Don't know why.
But yeah. That is basically it for the past week. Sorry for the lackluster letter, but it wasn't too much of an interesting week. Love you all!
