Hey people!

Hey people! Welcome back to my weekly letter! Let's get into it!

So one of the days we worked with a member, Abinadi, and he helped us with one of the citas we had. We taught this lady named Jessi, and we had a short discussion about prophets. And we were talking about the importance of what a prophet does, and how he receives modern-day revelation. And she replies, "Like Joseph Smith and how he translated the Book of Mormon." And we were like wow! Because that was our first lesson with her.

And then, while we were using our strategy to look for new people to teach, we found someone named Mizuke. Mizuke is the wife of a member, and we taught her the Plan of Salvation, and she was very receptive. We hope that she can progress well and go to church with us this week!

And then, there was this house that we passed by again this week that we had contacted the week before, And this time, we found the mom of the teenager from last week, and she told us that she wants us to talk with her kids. Though she herself isn't very interested, it shows promise for her family.

And then today, we were hoping that the monthly money would arrive, but it didn't. So our plans changed, and I couldn't get a haircut. But we went to this military expo thing that was going on at the stadium in Monclova. And it was pretty sweet. So enjoy pictures of that escapade. (I think that's a word.)

Love you all!
