Before the Baptism (and a good week)

What's up everybody! So tonight we are baptizing and confirming Beatriz at 6! So that is awesome! She is basically a member already. I'll tell you how that went next week!;)

Then on Sunday we passed by Chareny and had a talk with them. It was basically just to see if they wanted to progress or if it really just was a busy work schedule. It turns out it was just a busy work schedule. We had a nice lesson about the first part of lesson 1 too. They can definitely progress still. Just with some work.

Carlos was super busy last week so we weren't able to teach him. But he said this week he will be free after tuesday. So we are going to try and get him baptized as well either this saturday or the next! And Sergio and Itzel should get baptized this weekend too if they don't have the thought they do now. They are really good kids, it's just that they feel they need a lot of preparation to get baptized. But they are young and understand really well. So they should get baptized this weekend too.

Also yesterday Cesar and his mom and his sister said that they came to the church, but didn't come in because they didn't know what to do. So that was a real bummer, and we were speaking in church at the time when they tried calling us so we weren't able to see it and respond. However that was good to hear that they came, because now they can come next week too after we tell them how to get in and everything! Haha.

We also taught the Quintana family on saturday and their son Omar, who isn't a member. We talked about setting a baptism date with him for the 28th, and the hermana said she would talk to her husband about it!

And we also visited another less active family and one of them is about 10 and isn't baptized. Though neither them nor the Quintana family came to church... But we have found a lot of people who can progress and get baptized! It's an exciting time!

Also I made some rice krispy treats and they are actually really good.
And surprisingly easy to make!

And here is the picture of the Licerio family and hermana Beatriz.

And some nice sunflowers.

And our little friend Cesar.

Well I love you all and I hope everyone is doing well!! Talk with y'all next week! Adios muchachos.
